drive the car since it’s brand new and test it out for the kinks. checkup depends for everything. just for the heck of it, go to the mechanics and see what they say and try and con you out of your money

every 1500 km chage the oil. Drive the car. Antifreeze is a coolant that will not freeze when the temp. drops.

LOL, I don’t mean to laugh but this is cute kind of. Anywho after buying a new car you should obviously get all your registration, tags, title all that crap done which I’m pretty sure you did. You should take it to the shop and at the minimum have them do a tune-up ( that usually consists of an oil change, engine check and all that crap) but if you want you could pay a little more to get what they call a diagnostic ( this is when they hook the "computer" up to your engine and the computer will ‘diagnose’ what’s wrong, if anything with your car. Then if the computer says there’s anything wrong then you can go ahead and fix that. The tires could probably stand to be checked, make sure your oil is good, the windshield washer fluid is full, the antifreeze, brake fluid, power steering fluid. Things like that and that’s all stuff you can do yourself.
    Hope this helps~~
oh by the way antifreeze is what you put in the engine to keep the cars temperature right. So it doesn’t overheat or get too cold.

Read your owners manual and do the recommended services, the manufacturer should know best

Don’t take Chyna’s last sentence literally–don’t put antifreeze in the ENGINE. Put it in the radiator.

Is this a brand new car?? If so (under 500 miles), you should occasionally really give it some hard acceleration. And also occasionally engine brake (slow down by downshifting, rather than using the brakes)- of course don’t do this at highway speeds, just around town. This helps to seat your piston rings and attain proper compression.

  6. this forum is the best place to get bogus information. amazing how many self-appointed experts are on here
