They stopped making the Impala SS years ago so if you want a new car you’re out of luck with the Impala in SS trim.
If you’re talking about a used car I woul dbe vey cautious about either of these cars. The Audi is unmistakably a great car. The Chevy can’t compare to the the luxury, the handling, the performance or the fit and finish of the German engineered Audi. But as they age they become more and more expensive to maintain.
The Chevy will cost less to maintain but will not hold it’s resale value as well and does not have the same level of quality when it comes to the materials used for the interior or the paint.
I like both cars I have a ss and like it
I have driven a A4 its nice but seems under powered
If you are keeping it a long time over 4 year get the ss
under 3 years A4
I also like the BMW 3 Series better then both
Audi, not sure if you a boy or a girl, but the ladies would like a audi more. the impala just looks like a cop car. also the audi is more realiable.
I don’t know anything about the Audi A4 but I have had an Impala SS for 9 years and it is a great car. It’s freaking durable and last forever. Great pickup speed and it’s loaded. I would definitely vote you go with the Impala.
Chevy, Audis are nice, but Chevys are uncomplicated, easy to fix and parts are cheap, everything on an audi is special order from Germany and 3x the cost of a domestic car part
Audi A4 is a modern and a beautiful car while impala ss is a practical but unexciting.I would also suggest you to look at "2010 chevrolet camaro 2ss coupe".
If we are talking new cars here.. there will be an Impala SS in 2010 or 2011…
GM is going to offer the Pontiac G8 as a Chevy in SS trim…
If used… Audi parts are expensive, I still would go with the Chevy…
