I live in AL and am out here for school. My husband is stationed in Hawaii, and will be deploying. We have a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 Hatchback about 27K miles, and owe about 00 left on it. It would cost K to ship to CA, or approx. K to ship to east coast I believe. We are thinking of just selling it right before he lives the island. KBB is aroundK, but it probably won’t sell that good in Hawaii. I need my own car(been using parent’s car for class so far) by this month. If I am able to keep a new Honda civic or fit for 10-15 years, would it be worth all the expense of buying new instead of an old car that I can manage for 3-5 years?I’d be out 1.5 years in AL total, then the car would sit for 6 months or so before he ETS, so we’d might need to ship a vehicle at some point anyway. When he deploys, he plans to pay off the honda fairly quickly, after a few other bills. What do you recommend…new car(-20K)if can keep 10-15 years or old car(00-4000) for 3-5 years?thanks.

1. I prefer to buy in a cheap computer store in honolulu, i will be glad if you can tell me, but what I prefer is the kind that i can buy cheap individual components. Do they have a website?
2. If I have to buy online, what site would you recommend? I like Newegg.com but there is a shipping charge when they deliver to Hawaii, is there a site that have free delivery in hawaii?

Hello,
My fiance and I are looking to go to Hawaii during the month of October for 2 weeks. Were currently committed to a 2 week cruise at 6k.
Are there currently any better deals available? I am looking for a mix of cruise and all inclusive options.
Thanks!
